But while my income grew, my freedom disappeared.

That’s when I realized: I wasn’t building a life, I was just surviving one.

 

I didn’t want to be the Dad who was always “too busy.”

I didn’t want to tell my wife "someday we’ll have time".

 

So I made a change and took a leap of faith.

I stumbled across self-storage investing in 2019. What started as curiosity quickly became obsession and then mission.
Within five years, I had acquired 11 facilities across the U.S., replacing my income and gaining something far more valuable:
